My complaint:
I have been a smoker for over 10 years, and have always smoked Marlboro. Over time I’ve experienced a broken cigarette here and there. But lately, almost EVERY pack I buy has broken cigarettes in the pack! Or, they’re so fragile that when I tap the ash off, the cherry falls off! What’s up with that? When it first started happening I didn’t think anything of it until it got worse, and more and more of the packs I’d buy had faulty cigarettes inside. It’s a complete waste of money and I’m very disappointed
