My complaint:
When my husband went into Marcos to place the order, it was the first time. He approached the counter and ask a young man if he would take his order he turned away and ignored him , he had to call out to the young man a few times before he finally acknowledged him and he was able to place an order. My husband even held the door but the young man couldn’t even say thank you. Very rude employees.
Suggested solution:
Better customer service. I have worked for fast food before , I know who pays the paychecks
