My complaint:

My wife ordered a large pizza for a 4:42 pm pick up. I realize that today is a 1/2 off pizza day and that it would be crowded. I have no problem with my 1 hour and 23 minute wait as everyone there had to wait so I just conversed with other patrons and waited for my number to be called. Around 6:00 pm my number, 431 AND my wife’s name was called out ..431, 431 Becky! I heard it, so did the lady next to me and the man sitting at the table with me. So I went up to get the pizza and the young girl there looked confused when I said my number was 431. She looked for it and I thought that the guy who got ahead of me took my pizza. She didn’t by his receipt if that was his pizza. She then told me it wasn’t ready but I told her that my number and name were just called. She checked back at the rack in the kitchen and said it wasn’t cooked yet, BUT the other girl at the counter said that she remembered calling out 431 and Becky! So I had to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza. Yes, I was mad due to the fact that she KNEW that my number had been called and I wanted a free pizza to compensate for their error. The man at the cash register told me to “get out of his store.” He was very rude and made no effort to see what the problem was, just “get out!” I want an apology from him and a free pizza from Marco’s for his rudeness and the young girls incompetence that frustrated me to no end. I have been a customer for 5 years and have probably bought 30 or more pizzas from Marco’s. Still the best pizza I have ever had but after this I may be compelled to go back to Papa John’s. I will not be treated like this.

Suggested solution:

An apology from the man at the counter, a conversation with him and a free pizza to compensate us.
