My complaint:
My partner and I received a gift voucher for Christmas 2021. As the expiry date was close we attempted to use our voucher only to be told no one wants to accept it.
My mother paid $400 for this voucher which is a lot of money for us.
Please help resolve this matter

I want a cash refund or to be able to use the voucher as the terms and conditions specify
