My complaint:
I Ordered bathroom faucet tap 21st April 2023 which was delivered 26th April 2023, I have sent 4 emails to advise i no longer require the item… up until now I have not had a reply to my emails telling me how to proceed with the return… This is not very good customer service..The for the return
I was told by my Plumber it was unsuitable for the basin I have. I wanted to return it order different type from Manomano but couldn’t do so without the return of my refund.
I wanted to order a washing machine but will not order because of your behaviour.
Please tell me how to return the package without paying for postage refund my money as soon as possible.
