My complaint:
Went to the Macs store to buy some pop and notice they had fridges loaded with expired pop that had expired from August of 2019 every single bottle I pulled out was expired which was a Pepsi product and coke product it was pretty bad let the store clerk know and they didn’t seem to care about it will never go to this location ever again
A second complaint is when I bought some thing there the lady started printing off lotto tickets and though I was buying them almost 20.00 worth were I had no intention of buying any lotto tickets clerk got Abit upset I didn’t buy them they really push products on customers and we’re I was not buying anything else besides what I had I waited in line for more then 5 minutes to cash out the lady kept pushing products ND lotto ticket on the customer ahead of me customer was getting pretty enjoyed at this point if I had of waited any longer I was just not gonna buy anything and walk out and go else where
Suggested solution:
Store clerk should be checking products for expiry dates and rotating products and not push to sell products they don't want not very customer service like to make a customer wait in line aswell
