My complaint:

Yesterday I was at the macs store in canada store location is Richmond B.C. Williams road r11000. We bought a mobile top up but the person gave us the wrong top up we wanted the chatr top up but they gave us the Telus top up we told them that it was okay but we wanted to speak to the manager the person said the manager isn’t here right now so we said we come tomorrow and today we went to the macs store and we told the manager about what happened yesterday and right when I began telling her after a second or so she started shouting, yelling and using cursive language and my kids were there us well and it was not appropriate for my children to hear cursive language. I could not handle the stress so I had to go to the hospital. There attitude was so bad. This is not good for there business yelling at there customers. They didn’t even listen to us. What kind of owners are they?

Suggested solution:

I want them to be polite. It’s not about the money but at least they should be polite to us
