My complaint:
Our second driver was one minute away and the driver was switched. Then switched again. After a long wait (over 20 minutes) finally got picked up. I could see the car location on the Lyft map and it seemed as if they were going to the wrong pick up location.
I think I should get a free ride or a coupon code at least.
