My complaint:
We are a broking firm – we thought Luno will be safe as they were registered in SA and they used Std bank. On 29/08/2021 I received a WhatsApp – acc has not been uploaded on the new Luno server-it will be deactivated. I emailed Luno support to if all was in order. WhatsApp line said email to support was received. A new device was added. I felt concerned – locked our account and reported it to Luno. A day later Luno authorized an amount of BTC 1.00819259 to be paid out to the fraudsters. Up until today 28/08/2023 Luno have not resolved this matter!
Suggested solution:
They did not attend to our urgent email and did not stop the money from going out of our account.
Money to be paid back that was unlawfully taken out of our account.
