My complaint:

So a long time ago I had an email in my phone number set up with lucky land I lost access to that email so I can no longer log into lucky land so a few years pass and I my girlfriend set up an account and under her phone number and I was using it and she her phone number was registered with it now I’m no longer with her so when I had 422 I wanted to change the number but the number was still registered with another account they considered it a duplicate count however they close my account which is fine whatever but they still told me I would get my 422 now nobody responds to my after I was promised I would get it and I have the email for proof

Suggested solution:

It should be resolved by holding their commitment
