My complaint:
I have a complaint with luckyland slots. I keep sending pictures of statements and emails and they keep closing the ticket. It is frustrating. i need to get my account back. Also I need payment history from December 1st to this present date. But they aren’t concerned with helping me. i am not trying to cause trouble. i just need my account back and payment history.
Suggested solution:
Please talk to your agents. About listening more and being more helpful. So they don't rush to close the ticket. my problem hasn't been resolved yet. if it is resolved I will give a good rating to lucky land slots and say good things about the luckyland slots,
