My complaint:
Last month was playing and hit $3,000.00 , I requested to redeem my winnings, my ID and bank info been verified and ed, I was good to go I requested redeem monies , nothing ,still haven’t gotten nothing , the next day was playing was doing good early morning for 5-6 hours straight , and won amount $7,893.00. At this time I stopped playing to get ready to go to work , on my lunch break I wanted to login and request my payout , the login screen popped on screen , saying my account been Deactivated to call customer service support,I emailed them right away , asking them why was my account deactivated, after like maybe 8 times asking for the reason of my account being Deactivated, still never received any reason , for a week and a half been emailing back and forth with their customer service, accusing me of account sharing and multiple accounts, I just want my money
Suggested solution:
Pay me out in full or half of the money at least to be fair and honor and do the right thing
