My complaint:
I bought an ultra Ash light brown hair dye and ended up with black hair! This was not what I was looking for according to images on the box and information on the packaging and information sheet it was to be light brown my hair was light brown to begin with with little brassiness and very healthy. Now is black. I’m very unhappy with this.
Suggested solution:
Advise on what I can do perhaps schedule a meeting with a hair professional to advise me on what I can do to fix my hair. Perhaps book an appointment to fix my hair.
