My complaint:
We ate there today and when I ordered the “Longhorn” I told our waitress please tell the cook that I want my steak Medium and that the lady two times o was here that it came out well done. She said she would. When the steak came out I ask her to wait and look and I cut into it and she immediately said “that’s well done”. So of course my wife ate hers while it was fresh and I waited a very long time for mine. Do we spent over $60 for lunch and had to eat at separate times with the other just watching. I complained to the manager, she told me her name but with her speech I couldn’t understand her name and ask her to repeat 3 times. I feel she didn’t want to give me her name. But she said the food is gone and there is nothing she can do. I told her I’m not looking for a discount or anything but I use to love to come there but 3 bad meals in a roll I feel she needs to know. She said that she was sorry but there was nothing she could do and her attitude showed that obviously she didn’t care. I found out that after I took time to ask the waitress to please tell the cook about the 2 previous visits that she said nothing to him she just put in the order as “medium” and it came out nearly burnt.
This restaurant needs a serious management and staff review.
I know several and I mean several couples that refuse to go back and until or unless there are major changes I will not go back. I also feel I need to share my last 3 visits and the response of your manager everywhere I can in Social Media.
Very disappointed.

Please address the horrible conditions and management at this location. It has terrific potential that is being wasted.
I am a retired Trucking Company owner so I know a little about business management.
Suggested solution:
Address the quality of cooks, waitresses and mostly on duty managers.
