My complaint:
When I submitted my prescription, they said it will be ready in 45 minutes. When I went back to pick up my medicine the next day, I was told, it’s not ready and has to wait 30 to 45 min. This is the second time happened.
Last time the girl said she will page me when the order is ready, she did not. This time the pharmacist said they have a couple of emergency orders ahead of my order. But I gave my request (in person, both time) 24 hours ago. Not enough time to process???
Suggested solution:
45 minutes IS 45 minutes.
