My complaint:

I checked online that I can pickup in store VersaVu Slim iPad 10.2in Gen 9/8/7 or iPad Air/Pro 10.5in – Blue – THZ86302GL
Item L1198659 with the price 29.99 dollars. When I came to the shop consultants said that system shows that they have this product but they can not find it in store. The man consultant proposed me similar product for the same price and I accepted his offer. When I came to girl cashier she rejected to sell it to me for the same price and asked me to pay 39.99 dollars. In further discussion man consultant said that this girl is a manager and she can make this decision. It was obvious lie, other workers in that shop were not able to that she is the manager. Situation happened in July 25 2023 around 8 p.m. In attached screenshot which demonstrate availability of the product in this specific shop.

Also, after that I went to the second shop where this product shows as available. Address is 3545 32 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 6M6. Here situation was similar, consultant says based on the database they have it but physically he cant find it. In this case consultant was polite.

I spend 3 hours of my time with zero results and was very frustrated.

Suggested solution:

I want to get the product mentioned before for defined price 29.99 dollars and get explanations from management why consultant lied to me that she is the manager.
