My complaint:
My self and 2 other drivers waiting at the receiver office for more then 30 minutes. No one was at the window and there were no signs displayed on when someone will come back. Other employees passed behind the window and when asked they said we dont know..1 hour.. 2 hours… This has always been an issue at this facility DC67
Suggested solution:
Put sign when they go on break. Expedite drivers paper work when more then 3 drivers waiting.
