My complaint:
The only situation we can make sense is that she never thought of us as potential tenants from the beginning. Since we met at outside of building, her attitude towards us was quite different from other two couples. Besides, she told us if any unclear or further information we need, we can send messages or ring her after inspection. However, we just sent only one message to kindly appreciate her and ask if this apartment includes one storeroom few minutes after we finished the inspection, and the result is that she hasn’t reply any thing so far until today we noticed the apartment was leased already on 2apply website by ourselves.
We cannot believe an employee would do something so unprofessional in such a professional Agency LJ Hooker.
Many our friends and colleagues did recommend your company to us due to your friendly and attentive service. But we have to say that the experience has disappointed us extremely.
Suggested solution:
We want to whether she shown the landlord about our application. In addition, why she told us to send her message if we have questions, but did not reply us ?
