LJ Hooker complaint: LJ Hooker Melton is Scam. My tenants have left the property with lots of damages and LJ hooker admits that but after 2 months of the vacated date, they are not responding to me

My complaint:

My tenants have left the property in an unreasonable condition. LJ Hooker contacted me and advised we understand the damages are major and done by the tenants but we will not be taking any action since you rented out your property with another agency after our tenants contract ended!! I haven’t even rented out the property!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

I want to to get a quotation done of the damages and claim it from the tenants.
