My complaint:
With no toilet seats in WOMENS bathroom for over 3 weeks now in shopping centre with food court
toilets out of order at peak time lunch
– staff had to run to public toilets but long queus
– then desperate run across train station toilets
– can cause serious health issues
Offered handyman who can install 2 toilet seats ASAP for $330, as urgent temporary use.
agent response – declined
Please continue use toilet paper on top of the toilet bowl if needed’
Suggested solution:
It is basic to provide and manage cleaning/ repairs to toilets with minimal disturbance to business.
Over 3 weeks lack of respect and responsibility to retail businesses, staff disruption and business loss rent reduction
