My complaint:
I ordered a couch from living spaces at the end of November. My couch wasn’t made right and has holes. Someone tried to come out but wasn’t successful at fixing it. They are saying they won’t put the old one in my garage and it’s my responsibility. This is unacceptable completely. Then they want me to pay $99 to put the new one in my house or they will leave it at the front door.
Suggested solution:
Put the defective couch in the garage and do their job.
