Live DifRent! complaint: 2nd set of keys missing

My complaint:

Upon arrival of our new home, we were only given 1 set of keys instead of two sets.
Ascend Monton has advised that Live DifRent! should’ve picked this issue before the move in date.

This is a two bedroom apartment and two tenants (myself and my partner) applied and went through referencing.
At this point it should’ve been picked up that two sets of keys were needed.

This is affecting our work and social life, I am having to work around my partners long work hours and I have to stay at home to let him in when he gets back from work, so I am unable to have any type of social life or able to go out by myself.

I’m appalled at the way this has been handled, there has been very minimal information from Live DifRent! and they aren’t taking any accountability. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing them up.

It’s nearly been 3 weeks since we moved in, so I’d like this resolving by the end of the week ideally.

Suggested solution:

Providing a 2nd set of keys asap.
