My complaint:
Ordered two pizzas one regular pepperoni and green pepper and one no sauce extra cheese pineapple and pepperoni. This store is twenty minutes each way for me. When I got home the no sauce pizza had sauce. I called the store and asked for the manager, the girl that answered got smart with me and hung up on me. I called back and got the manager Paulet. She was not nice and rude and also hung up on me. This store only has a two rating and I think I know why. I did get that she said she doesn’t make enough money to put up with complaints.. Maybe someone from your corporate office can call me to discuss this service.

Not sure but I have been a loyal customer with Little Caesars from the time I lived in Michigan to now in PA. Do you reprimand managers who act the way this person did?
