My complaint:
I did a on line order at 8:20 for pick up time 10:03 ,we waited until 11:30.food was cold and it was packed and I was not gonna argue the girl was not happy .everyone was complaining. My kids were starving I don’t think it was okay.
Suggested solution:
Gives us credit something it was not fair we waited so long . Then they put a sign stating it would be 45 min to 1 hour
