My complaint:
I tried to go online and order a pepperoni calzone only to find out that it was no longer listed on the online menu…never mind that this same day a TV ad showcasing the same was on my TV.Anyway, upon learning that online sales of this product was no longer available, I attempted to call the Redmond store. It is now 6;55 PDT and I got no answer…after THREE tries. Call just ringing until it went to Verizon voice mail. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU OPERATING? I will NEVER call your business again. As a side note, I have a blog with about 1200 subscribers and I will post this message to my blog. GOOD LUCK to you…LOL.
