My complaint:
I paid 8.99 for 2 mini pizzas, you got to be kidding me. 1 pizza was the right size, fit the entire box, this pizza has 8 edges not 4!!! The size is also smaller, the management is terrible. Ordered online, never got an email update saying my pizza was ready. Pizzas was not in the portal, sitting on a rack behind and the cashier is juggling both inside orders and calling online order names. My pizzas were also cold, not hot. Little Caesars was great, why did it go down hill? I did not order 2 mini pizzas, you skimped me. Why have a portal that don’t get used why have a number you don’t pick up?
Suggested solution:
I need either a free pizza or my money back. Not right to pay the same price for a smaller pizza.
