My complaint:
On Oct 4 Wed around 11:20 I told by my manager ( ms ally ) that it was fine to clock in early, but the floater assigned to 20615 little Caesars (ms.rosa) said not to get on her clock . I stated to her I had permission to do so , She began to Ask for the messages between Myself (precious) ms ally , I stressed the fact that I did not have the messages being the fact I Messaged her off a different device , multiple times she began to raise her voice stating that if she did see the messages I couldn’t clock in , I asked ms Rosa politely could she call ms . Ally to that it’s fine that I could clock in , she told me “no , I’m trying to set up you call her “ I began to proceed to clock in , again ms Rosa began to raise her voice, using multiple profanity words ,as well as yelling while paying customers awaits there order , at this point I’m completely ignoring her get to my position . Ms Rosa bring a form stating im being written I refused to to sigh because she refused to sit down tell what I am being written up for . Ms . Rosa for the 3 times raised her voice telling me to get my things leave but I refused ms.Rosa proceeds to cross my name out the schedule stating that I was off the schedule as well as telling me to leave my position . On sep 30th around 10:47 it’s very understandable I should not to be walking in out while ms.Rosa was counting money but it’s 100 Thousand ways to come at somebody I even apologized . But instead ms.Rosa choices of words where not professional what so ever , ms .Rosa is very unprofessional as well as very unreasonable .
