My complaint:

Very seldom is a visit to your store on Hwy 85 South a pleasant one. Little Caesars advertises Hot and Ready pizza. This is NON-EXISTENT in this store. There are lots of pizza warming ovens designed to keep pizza’s hot in this store, BUT NO PIZZA’S in these warming ovens. At first glance, I would think these pizza ovens are there for this exact reason. I don’t understand why these are not being utilized for this purpose.
Yesterday we stopped by to pick-up a pizza on the way home from shopping. I walked up to the front door to go inside the lobby, and was ly told the lobby was closed, I was told to get in the pick-up line. Meanwhile, another customer walked up, as I was leaving, and entered the store. Not sure what that was about? He did pickup an order about fifteen minutes later.
I got in the car and drove around to get in the pick-up line. This time we were four cars behind. It took us approximately 15 minutes to get up to the window. I noticed the cars ahead of us were not leaving, but rather just moving up to let the next person place their order at the window. When we did get up to the window, we were politely told it would take an hour to get our pizza! When she saw the look on our face, she then replied, or thirty-minutes! Really?! I understand in the times we are living in, it is hard to staff places, but seriously, this is unacceptable!
I do have to say, years ago, we were able to drive up to the window and pick up a hot and ready pizza. Again, this is non-existent at this store.
This store is ruining Little Caesars reputation. If they cannot offer the hot and ready option, their neon sign needs to come down. I would think you would want each and every store to honor this part of your advertising. If they only offer on-line ordering, and pickup, that’s fine, but operating outside of what Little Caesars advertises is very poor business practices.

Suggested solution:

My suggestion would be to send someone down to this store, and experience what your customers are having to endure while simply trying to get a pizza. If you bother to look into this, you'll be very disappointed in what's going on! The staff you do have, are walking around the store like a bunch of zombies, doing nothing! I've really never seen anything like it. We left and went to Marco's right around the corner and got a pizza. Totally different attitude with the staff there! They were hustling, it appeared everyone was hard at work, no one strolling around as if they had nothing to do.
