My complaint:
My name is Meena Malkani and my order no is 9484735907 which is ordered on 8th of April, 2022. please find the below mail trail for the ation mail received.
Immediately on the very next day, on 9th of April morning I cancelled my order and was waiting for the refund. On 12th of April, i called customer service no. and came to know that somehow dues to some issues my order was not cancelled. the executive i spoke to gave me the complaint no. as Complaint no.– 2292297 and said that he has raised a request for cancelling the order and i should get the refund in next couple of days.
Today, on 15th of April, i called the customer service number again and came to know that the refund request was not initiated, so they will raise another request for initiating it and again gave me the complaint no. 2298829 and that i will have to wait for next 5-7 working days to get the refund.
I fail to understand that i cancelled my order on 9th and have already completed the waiting days for getting the refund. now, again why i have to wait for next 1 week to get it?
everytime i call up customer service they just give me a new complaint no. to follow up. This is really not acceptable. As per my understanding as soon i cancel my order the refund should be initiated. However, it does not happen and everytime the customer service executives just keep on giving me complaints no. to do a follow up. Neither i get any SMS or emails from lifestyle to let me know the progress of my request, In the mobile app, it is just showing processing since 8th april when i 1st placed my order.
It is very annoying to call up CS no. and keep getting no resolution to my refund.
Request to look into this seriously and refund the money ASAP.
