My complaint:
Today I purchased two sun chair cushions, I was over charged as it seems I paid for Two Cushions at 24.99, went back to Lidl and was refunded the difference for one cushion , when I got home I found the receipt and was over charged for the other cushion,both being 19.99 per cushion,VAT NO 68350396892, this is not the first time I have been over charged, I was charged for 48 Jellies which totalled £48.00, I was refunded for being over charged, I spend between £120-£160 weekly, I am losing confidence in trusting that I am paying the correct amount each week.
Suggested solution:
Insure that staff have the correct training
