My complaint:
you advertised Italian salami at £1.99 from 27th august, on arrival at the store at 0810 this morning these items were not on display so i asked a member of staff who told me that if they were not there then they hadn’t got them. they hadn’t sold out because there was no empty space where they might have been. so once again you failed. to live up to your advertising
Suggested solution:
unless they can send me 5 of the salami's i can't see how they can resolve this. even if the salami's arrive at the store tomorrow i can't get there for another few days by which time they will have undoubtedly sold out. if the do arrive and they kept 5 of them, Napoli or Milanese, then let me know they had them that would be ok
