My complaint:
There were black unidentified solid objects in the packet of Simply Lightly salted tortilla chips I bought.
Suggested solution:
The store gave me a new pack, but it was very embarrassing when I served the tortilla chips up in a bowl to friends. A store voucher would go some way to compensate what happened.
