My complaint:

Today I visited the new store at the Fort Manchester, many customers and staff were not wearing face a face mask or only had it around their neck. There was no one security enforcing the rules and no one seemed to care, this is lax and shows Lidl’s contempt for the health of both staff and shoppers. Afterwards I visited BQ across the road which was very safe with the law enforced. Also some idiot at your Piccadilly Garden store has moved the sanitizer into the entrance so you cannot clean the basket handles without walking into the store and then back through the no exit doors setting the alarm off. Before they were beside the baskets so you could sterilise before shopping, again who ever is in charge has no regard for safety.

Suggested solution:

Pay security to screen the public like other shops do and move the hand gels and spray back to where they can be used, I know you have done this to save money on gel but if not put right Lidl will just lose customers, I already shop more at Tesco now.
