My complaint:
I was accused of shop lifting when telling the store colleagues twice I had paid for the item for him to chase me out of the store and make a big scene when he was totally wrong and I had already told him I had paid for the item, for me to have to be humiliated and show him the recipet
Suggested solution:
They banned me when taking sides with the store colleague even though he was in the wrong
