Lidl complaint: Bakery food hygiene

My complaint:

The fresh bakery section has no protective screen. Anyone passing by with a cough or sneeze could contaminate all the food on display. Customers are free to pick items on display as there’s nobody to serve you. Although there are tongs provided, there’s no way to stop someone from using their hands to touch and replace items. This is terribly unhygienic, particularly in these Covid times with the rapid transmission of the virus. Unlike fruits and veg where you can wash them before eating, you can’t wash bread rolls and pastries!

Suggested solution:

Install clear screen so pastries don't get contaminated by customers sneezing and coughing. Have this sectioned staffed so people don't keep touching everything.
