My complaint:

Bought a New York Strip steak. When I opened it and removed the steak it was slimy and smelled bad. I called 844-747-5435 and filed a complain. Case No. 00825352. But I also bought a package of 4 piece of rib eye steak and when I cut in into pieces to put in my meat grinder, there was so much interior grizzle I could even separate the pieces. This is not the first problem I’ve had with their food. I bought a honeydew whole melon. When I halved it, the chemical smell was so strong I threw it away without even tasting it. I also bought strawberries, soaked them in vinegar to remove mold, but they only last one day.

I would like my money back for the steak. I have the receipt. The strip was $5.49 and the Black Angus rib eye was $6.59. I do not want to travel from Conshohocken to Trooper and waste gas. So, I would like a check in the mail..
