My complaint:
Visited this location last night and was disappointed I got very poor service I spent $28 and ask the Cashier for honey mustard and extra honey I was told I would have to pay for my honey mustard and I did but 2 honey I asked for honey and was told that you only get 1 per biscuit had Angel explained this to me prior to paying i would have paid for more or choose to go somewhere else I also brought a box of wedges and was not asked if I needed any ketchup. Talk with General Manager Jen today 9/25 about the situation and she said that was a rule they were following( no help) I frequent this location every Sunday and Wednesday usually during the lunch hours for years even when they had those specials on those days it was so good I continued to keep it going even after that deal was no longer in place I think last night will be my last time visiting this location has no leadership at night thanks for hearing me out.
Suggested solution:
Either explained to me prior to me paying or just gave me the extra honey and let me know this was something that was put in place or post it
