My complaint:
Three chicken strip snack includes three strips of chicken and a biscuit. The price is 749 . The chicken breast strips that I received were so hard I couldn’t even bite into them. They were about the size of a leg part on a chicken wing. I think that’s partly because it had been cooked so hard it shriveled up. I’ve never seen famous chickens so bad and I’ve lived in Trotwood for over 45 years. I will not be going to Lees Famous Recipe anymore. Please retrain your cooks on how to cook chicken strips and chicken breast. They should be soft and tender, not hard as a rock and crispy
Suggested solution:
I went inside and turned them in and ask for replacements. The replacements were a little softer but still dry and hard
