Lazada complaint: Risk scanning error on Lazada Wallet Payment

My complaint:

I topped up 4055 pesos to my Lazada wallet using my UB account to pay for my Meralco bill. Unfortunately only 2000 has been credited. I called Lazada to report it and it was refunded after 1day. However,when I tried to make a payment it wouldn’t push through. First, they are saying that their bills payment was under maintenance (Meralco is not on the billers list) which took almost 3days to get fixed. Finally,when the system maintenance was fixed, I tried to make a payment again but to my disgust it’s giving me this risk scanning error! Risk scanning error using Lazada wallet payment?!Really?! I can understand having this error if I am making a payment using a creditdebit card! But I topped up my Lazada wallet,so technically I shouldn’t get any of this error.
I have talked to several CS agents and they kept on telling me to wait 24-48 hrs as this has been escalated. But today is the 10th day since I raised the issue to them. I’m afraid Meralco will totally cut off my electricity by tomorrow just because I can’t pay them because of Lazada’s system issue. they can’t even reverse my fund to my bank account easily so I can just pay using other method. Lazada bills payment is such a hassle!

Still not resolved. My money is still in my Lazada wallet,unable to use. I can't even use it to purchase as all my payment method is grayed out. My only option is COD.

If I can only rate them less than1, I definitely would.
