My complaint:

Wrong item received and photos provided as proof. But still rejected. I was told I violated some company policies but no details were provided. I sent several emails and also called the helpline.
Lazad said they cannot do anything but ask mo to reach the seller. I told them the seller link is now unreachable…

Suggested solution:

Hold the payment to the seller as I have not ed the receipt of the order and should refund my payment.
