My complaint:
I purchased some items in Lazada app and last night but upon processing payment,its shows payment failed. I checked the BDO account but to my surprise, it shows that the amount with interest ha been deducted to the credit limit. Now BDO and Lazada are pointing fingers. Lazada customer service really sucks
