My complaint:

I bought an online item thru Lazada and all acknowledgement come in after the purchase. As normal when I was doing the purchase everything was fine. So I am waiting for the delivery. Just on instinct I check my email to look at it. I found that there was and additional email beside the correct one. My order number is 9719086670495. The correct address for pickup was block 531 bedok north street 3, sg 46051,01-694b. The wrong additional address on top was 46 bedok upper east coast eastwood kew drive. I did not key in this address. I call your hotline and it is useless if they cannot remove the hack address which is not done by me. Your hotline person insist she cannot do anything other canceling the purchase. There is no proof if it is delivered to the wrong address as it appears on the delivery details. It is so unhelpful after calling a few times before getting thru. It is a very bad experience for online purchase as your customer service seems to be making customer more frustrated with such attitude. Thks
