My complaint:
This is the 2nd time rider put a lie and wrong information about the failed delivery. I reported it to them the firt time he did it. But lazada didnt impose any disciplinary action and I was surprise that it is the same rider again which was designated to deliver my parcel and AGAIN, HE PUT A LIE AND WRONG REASON TO DELIVERY FAILED REASON.
Suggested solution:
Del8ver my parcel, ban the rider from delivering item to me and compensate me for repetitive inconvenience cause by their chosen courier
