My complaint:
I have purchased Lays for many, many years! This recent Party Size bag was not crispy like they normally are but they were hard and sharp and actually cut my mouth several times due to sharpness of the chips. Have never had this happen before. I purchase Lays 95% of the time, both Classic and flavored. Have you changed the thickness of the chips, or the way you manufacture them? Or was this just a one time bag that is not like it normally would be? I want to continue to purchase Lays but not if they will continue to be the way this bag is. Thank You.
