Lays complaint: Hard round pieces

My complaint:

I was eating my Baked Lay’s while watching TV late at night and bit into a very hard round nugget and it broke my crown off. There were 6 other of those nuggets in the bag. They were hard like a rock. I cannot afford a new crown. contacted Lays through Facebook and phone and both times they said they would have someone from a different department contact me. I haven’t heard back from them. I have pictures of the hard nuggets and a screenshot of the Facebook conversation. I also still have the bag they came from.

Suggested solution:

Helping pay for a new crown would be very nice. Figure out how to stop this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you.
