My complaint:
I have done business with Latoken since 2020.
In October 2024 I listed a crypto token on their exchange for a fee of $10,000 plus approximately $300 in marketing fees and transaction expenses .
The token was listed as agreed on the listing agreement but most of the other services were not delivered as per the listing agreement.
In March, after 4 months of trying to receive delivery for the services I paid for, LaToken assigned me to a new listing team. I demanded either a full refund or a token swap to repalace my $10,300 loss.
The team agreed to a swap, I signed the work order, then the listing team immediately reneged on the agreement and work order.
I have filed complaints with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, St. Vincents and Grenadines ( both where LaToken is incorporated under LAtrade and LiquiTrade, other internet fraud offices, and finally, your office.
Please advise if you can do anything to resolve this matter .

Suggested solution:
Either refund $10,300 or follow through with the work order for a fee exempt swap of SPT2 for SPTP.
