My complaint:
They claimed that if an account was inactive for a month they would deduct an amount of $5,00 per month. My account was reactivated but they still took out the $5.00 claiming it couldn’t be reversed. Too bad if circumstances prevented someone from using their account for a month. They simply wouldn’t care.
Suggested solution:
Reverse the money they took out.
