Ladbrokes complaint: Slow payout

My complaint:

I handed in a winning ticket on 2323 at 10.10 am but have not been payed yet it was on any two will do Irish lotto the win was £800 I have complained but nothing yet.

Suggested solution:

Pay the bet out.
