My complaint:
Unauthorised use of my account. My daughter wasted my money on ladbrokes and now ladbrokes won’t give it me back she’s only 2 years old and she was watching my phone but then must have clicked onto my account to waste all my money but now they won’t give me my winning money back they even shit my account down until I agreed to accept the money was gone

Give me my money back
