My complaint:

I spend anything between £100-£300 weekly
which you can check.my local is Yarm Road Darlington.and the staff are great.I go down to the town once a week ,and use the Skinnergate branch.up until the last two weeks this has not been a problem,the staff know me well.The last two weeks I have come to collect winnings10 minutes before closing and have been told the money has been locked away
last week I wasn’t happy but this week they are just taking the mick.i come to collect at this time every week.So the Staff who have refused to pay me are new and should be reminded that it is me that’s paying their wages.so unless you do something I will not be using Ladbrokes anymore.

Suggested solution:

The female staff member should be reprimanded,and reminded its my money that pays her wages,and i should be compensated for the bad service.
